Policies & Ethics

Reading Style

• Timeslot: Whilst the reading typically lasts up to 20 minutes, please allow up to half an hour for your booking slot.

• Communication: I strive to be careful, specific, honest, respectful, clear, and concise in my communication.

Scope of Practice

• Service: The only service offered is a 1 question, divinatory tarot reading. No magical healing (e.g. reiki), spellwork (e.g. curse removals) or other services are provided either as part of the reading or in any way afterwards.

• Third party readings: The reading is for you personally, not for inquiries about crushes, exes, or other individuals' private matters. I do not invade people's privacy and will ask you to rephrase such questions. No refunds will be given for readings paid for if you refuse to do this.

• No Psychicism or Mediumship: I am a neo-Hermetic mystic and do not practise psychicism or mediumship/channelling; I do not speak to the dead.

• Personal unconscious/deeply spiritual matters: I do not read about past lives or give dream interpretations because I believe that only you (the person having the dream or past life) can interpret such things reliably.

• Refusals: Whilst I would never discriminate (I am proud to serve people from all cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds - all walks of life), I do reserve the right to refuse a reading (without providing the reason) if I intuitively feel it is not appropriate. If I do this, you will be given a full refund.

• Repeat clients: I do not encourage dependence on my services and will not read for anyone more than a couple of times per month maximum. I also will not read for someone I feel is not in genuine need, even if offered payment. If payment is sent for a service which I deem unnecessary, the money will be refunded.

• Privacy & Confidentiality: All readings are entirely confidential with the exception of thoroughly anonymized teaching examples which will be used without seeking permission. If you are not happy with this possibility, please book with a different reader.

• Adult service: You must be 18 years or older to receive a reading. Parental permission is not accepted.

Booking Policies

• Cancellations: cancellations for booked readings must be made within 48 hours of the booking time to allow for rescheduling. Once this deadline passes, there can be no refunds.

• Latecomers: If you are more than 5 minutes late for a booked reading, the service will be permanently and irrevocably considered as having been provided despite you not turning up. Whilst rescheduling once is allowed, no refunds will be given under any circumstances after this happens (see next point).

• Refunds: The only refunds provided are for services refused or not provided. Once a reading has been provided, there are no refunds under any circumstances. Paypal disputes will be fought and won with disputing parties blacklisted from any future services.
